• Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers with precision and efficiency
• Manage cash drawer accurately, ensuring proper debits and credits are recorded in accordance with bank policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through banking products and services
• Identify opportunities for upselling financial products such as savings accounts, loans, or credit cards to enhance customer relationships
• Maintain thorough knowledge of banking software systems and perform basic math calculations swiftly using 10-key typing skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in banking or finance is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic math proficiency including retail math, cash handling, and understanding debits & credits
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with banking regulations
