Bank Teller

Position Purpose and Objectives

Coleman County State Bank is seeking a Part-Time Teller who is responsible for conducting teller transactions including processing deposits, withdrawals, posting to general ledger accounts, cashing negotiable items, processing loan payments, savings bonds, and cashier’s checks, answering phone calls, and filling change orders while promoting the bank’s products and services and providing excellent customer service.

Major Duties and Essential Functions

• To providing outstanding customer service to our customers with every interaction.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in an efficient manner.
• Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA Patriot Act, etc.
• Performs job duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures.
• Protect customer information and other sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality while adhering to the bank's privacy policy.
• Accept responsibility for bank security by securing keys, combinations, documents, records, and negotiable items.

Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Teller and/or cash handling experience preferred.

2-3 Saturdays per Month: 9:00 AM - 1:00PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
