Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing various banking transactions. Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash register operations and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on banking products and services.
• Identify potential fraud through diligent monitoring of transactions and customer behavior.
• Promote bank products through upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Support loan processing by gathering necessary documentation and assisting clients throughout the application process.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and follow up on client needs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow within the bank branch.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a banking or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention detection methods is a plus.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell banking products effectively.
• Familiarity with loan processing procedures is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
