Bank Teller/Bank Operations

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our branch team, you’ll provide excellent customer service while supporting daily bank operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and assist with everyday banking transactions
• Accurately handle cash and balance a daily drawer
• Support bookkeeping and operational tasks
• Open new accounts and maintain customer profiles
• Navigate banking systems to process transactions and records
• Assist with additional branch duties as needed

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Comfort working with computers and learning new technology
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money

Bonus if you bring:

• Previous banking, cash handling, or bookkeeping experience
• Experience working in a customer-facing role

Education

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Salary

• $16.00 - $23.00 per hour - A higher pay within the range will be considered for applicants who bring relevant experience and competency to the team, especially those with a background in bookkeeping, bank operations, or demonstrated proficiency in technology adoption.
