Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Banker with 4–5 years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of banking operations, customer relationship management, and financial products, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day banking operations including account handling, transactions, and customer service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide expert guidance on banking products such as loans, deposits, and investment options
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor and achieve sales and service targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of proven experience in banking or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and financial products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office
