We are looking for a Banking and Documentation Officer to handle daily banking work, maintain records, and support finance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bank work such as cheque collection, deposits, and fund transfers between company accounts.
- Maintain proper records of bank transactions, deposit slips, and documents.
- Support accounts team in bank reconciliation and cash flow tasks.
- Submit and track LC (Letter of Credit) documents with banks and suppliers.
- Coordinate with bank staff for LC opening, changes, payments, and settlements.
- Submit import and export documents to banks on time.
- Help prepare payment vouchers, bank letters, and deposit reports.
- Coordinate with finance, import, and procurement departments.
- Report department issues to management (COO, CEO/Chairman, Director Operations).
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of banking or finance work.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Responsible and honest person.
