Banking and Documentation Officer

We are looking for a Banking and Documentation Officer to handle daily banking work, maintain records, and support finance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bank work such as cheque collection, deposits, and fund transfers between company accounts.
  • Maintain proper records of bank transactions, deposit slips, and documents.
  • Support accounts team in bank reconciliation and cash flow tasks.
  • Submit and track LC (Letter of Credit) documents with banks and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with bank staff for LC opening, changes, payments, and settlements.
  • Submit import and export documents to banks on time.
  • Help prepare payment vouchers, bank letters, and deposit reports.
  • Coordinate with finance, import, and procurement departments.
  • Report department issues to management (COO, CEO/Chairman, Director Operations).

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of banking or finance work.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Responsible and honest person.
