Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking Customer Service Executive for a 1-month contract to handle customer service operations. This role is strictly non-sales and does not involve credit card sales or cross-selling. The executive will support customers by addressing banking-related queries and providing accurate information with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to banking services (accounts, transactions, services, and general inquiries)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines
  • Assist customers with basic banking procedures and service requests
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy)
  • Prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently
  • Willingness to work on a short-term (1 month) contract basis
