Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE Islamic Banking modules, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation across multiple stakeholders
Responsible to lead the Core Production Implementation within the SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life cycle
Collaborate with business teams to gather and document Islamic banking requirements (Murabaha, Ijarah, Mudarabah, etc.)
Ensure system configurations comply with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with technical teams for system integration, customization, and data migration
Manage Integration/Design documentation describing deliverables to meet requirements
Manage Implementation of customized FLEXCUBE solutions at Bank sites, support PWT & Training sessions, integration/Performance/Security Testing, UAT, Business Simulation and Production Rollout
Ensure smooth Production cut over and Verify production transfer documentation are in place
Responsible for achieving agreed SLAs
Oversee SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities ensuring minimal disruption
Manage vendor relationships, particularly with Oracle and third-party partners
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Drive process improvements and best practices in Islamic banking technology implementations
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in banking or financial services
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Proven track record in Islamic banking system implementations or transformations
Proven expertise in FLEXCUBE Islamic Banking module
Deep understanding of Islamic finance products and Shariah compliance requirements
Experience in banking digital transformation and core banking upgrades
Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams
