Banking Sales Executive

A Banking Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the bank’s financial products and services to new and existing customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits
  • Promote and sell banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Follow up with prospective customers to close sales opportunities
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, customer service) for smooth processing of applications

Required Qualifications

  • 1years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
