Role Description

The Bank Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Cairo. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in banking and sales. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting banking products and services, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining professional communication with clients, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable banking solutions in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Working hours are fixed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Qualifications

• Graduates only
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• English level: B2 or higher
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality

Pay: E£10,500.00 - E£45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
