Bankruptcy Appearance Attorney

Seeking an attorney that can appear by Zoom in administrative hearings called the § 341 Meeting of Creditors. This can be done remotely. However, you must be admitted to practice law in Arizona and be admitted to the District of Arizona Federal Court. The Firm can sponsor the right candidate.

We file chapter 7 and 13's. A § 341 Meeting of Creditors is required in every bankruptcy case. These will take place on Zoom. Each hearing is about 5 minutes or less. The assigned case Trustee will conduct the meeting and ask our client (the Debtor) about 15-20 questions. The job is to attend the hearing, announce your presence on the record, take notes, and relay those notes back to our legal team. On the job training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and MyCase (training can be provided).

The pay is $50.00 per appearance. We typically have 40-60 hearings per month. They take place between Monday and Thursday and once a month on Fridays.
