What You’ll Do

• Manage a full caseload of Chapter 13 matters from consult to discharge
• Handle complex Chapter 13 issues, plan confirmations, motions, amendments, and trustee communication
• Review petitions, schedules, statements, and plan drafts prepared by staff
• Work closely with paralegals to ensure accurate doc collection and streamlined prep
• Conduct client meetings, signings, and necessary hearings
• Provide guidance to junior attorneys and the support team
• Maintain high-quality, efficient file management and timely follow-through

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed attorney in Michigan (in good standing)
• Consumer bankruptcy experience, with strong emphasis on Chapter 13
• Confident in handling trustee negotiations and technical Chapter 13 issues
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage volume without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable with bankruptcy software and modern case-management systems
