About First Priority Recovery Solutions

First Priority Recovery Solutions is a foreclosure education, intake, and case-coordination firm focused on helping homeowners understand and respond to foreclosure-related challenges. We are not a law firm. Our role is to educate homeowners, conduct structured intake, and connect qualified individuals with licensed attorneys when bankruptcy may be an appropriate option.

We work collaboratively with attorneys to custom tailor outreach and intake processes that align with their practice preferences, capacity, and business model.

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Florida-licensed bankruptcy attorney admitted to federal court to work with our firm in representing consumer clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, particularly those facing foreclosure or financial distress related to homeownership.

Our firm handles client outreach, education, and intake, then presents qualified cases to the attorney for review. The attorney retains full discretion to accept or decline any matter.

This opportunity is well suited for:

  • Solo practitioners
  • Small firms looking to increase case volume
  • Bankruptcy attorneys seeking a steady pipeline of pre-screened consumer matters

How the Relationship Works

  • First Priority Recovery Solutions conducts initial homeowner outreach and education
  • We gather structured intake information relevant to bankruptcy review
  • Cases are presented to the attorney for consideration
  • The attorney determines whether to proceed with representation
  • When an attorney-client engagement is executed, our firm is compensated via a flat-rate consulting/marketing fee per accepted case, pursuant to a separate agreement

Key Responsibilities (Attorney)

  • Review intake summaries and client information
  • Consult with prospective clients as appropriate
  • Provide legal advice and representation for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state bankruptcy requirements
  • Communicate acceptance or declination of cases in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • Admission to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court / Federal Court
  • Experience handling consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases
  • Strong understanding of foreclosure-related bankruptcy strategy
  • Professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage cases independently

What We Provide

  • Consistent flow of pre-screened consumer inquiries
  • Intake summaries designed around your practice needs
  • No cold calling or lead chasing required
  • Scalable case volume (start small, grow intentionally)
  • Administrative and intake support

Compensation Structure

This is not an employment role. Compensation is structured as a flat-rate consulting/marketing fee paid by the attorney per accepted case, agreed upon in advance. There are no upfront costs to explore the partnership.

How to Apply

Interested attorneys may submit:

  • Resume or firm overview
  • Confirmation of federal court admission
  • Preferred practice capacity and counties served
