Summary
Our Pittsburgh office is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Associate Attorney who loves helping people, thrives in a client-facing environment, and wants to build a meaningful career in consumer bankruptcy. About Us

Our Pittsburgh office is a key part of our long-term growth, and this is an opportunity to join early and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients (virtual and in-office).
- Evaluate cases under Chapters 7, 13, and occasionally 11, and recommend the right path forward.
- Explain bankruptcy options, timelines, and expectations in a clear and supportive way.
- Work closely with our intake, paralegal, and case management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, client care, and responsiveness.
- Help shape the growth of the Pittsburgh office by identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney in Pennsylvania (or pending bar results).
- Experience in consumer bankruptcy is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys client interaction.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of consultations.
- Organized, motivated, and able to move cases forward efficiently.
- A team-oriented attorney who values mission-driven work and wants to help people get a financial fresh start.
Compensation
- Salary range: Dependiant on experience and consultation volume.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to conversion metrics, volume, and client satisfaction.
- Health benefits, PTO, and firm-wide perks.
- Growth opportunities as the Pittsburgh office expands.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a fast-growing office with the backing of one of the most successful consumer-bankruptcy firms in the country.
- Work with a supportive team that values culture, service, and client experience.
- Clear pathways for advancement, mentorship, and specialization.
