```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in preparing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other legal documents
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for bankruptcy filings
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage and organize client files and documents using document management systems
- Conduct legal research on bankruptcy laws and regulations
- Assist with document review and analysis
- Prepare bankruptcy-related forms and pleadings
- Maintain communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy cases
```Qualifications```
- Spanish speaking
- Proficiency in using document management systems and legal software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with bankruptcy laws, procedures, and forms
- Ability to conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with attorneys and other staff members
- Prior experience in a bankruptcy law firm or related field is preferred
