Banquet Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining is highly valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently .
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Demonstrate time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a high-volume environment.
• Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
