Banquet Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Banquet Bartender/Server to elevate our guests’ experience at special events and upscale gatherings. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to banquet guests in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality presentation and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with event staff and catering teams to ensure timely service and smooth event flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and handling food safety protocols.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and billing.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
• Uphold all food handling, alcohol service laws, and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in banquet settings, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy events.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, alcohol serving laws, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions accurately.
• Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments.
