Key Responsibilities

Set up and break down bar areas according to event specifications (BEOs)
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed during events
- Provide friendly, professional service and engage with guests
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure a smooth event flow
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required (banquet or high-volume preferred)
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar service practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
