Banquet Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming and engaging with customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Take orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of various bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drink preparation and order taking
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with bartending tools and equipment is an asset (e.g., shakers, jiggers)
- Knowledge of hotel, catering, or banquet operations is a plus
