Banquet Bartender

Bella Sera is seeking outgoing individuals with a professional work ethic to be Banquet Bartenders in our upscale wedding facility! Job Functions:

• Must be energetic and passionate about providing unparalleled hospitality to all our guests.
• Inspects the bar prior to shift to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Follows set up and break down procedures.
• Prepares, garnishes, and mixes drinks.
• Greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival at bar area.
• Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
• Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment at all times.
• Adhere to all guidelines, procedures and established standards of conduct.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in banquets is desirable
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to work a varied schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holiday
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in banquet or restaurant/bar bartending
• Must have a working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
• Outgoing friendly personality, good people skills & a strong work ethic are extremely important
• Must have a Hospitality Mindset
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be highly organized
• Must have reliable transportation especially after 10:00p.m.
• Must be responsible, able to honor schedule commitments and be on time as scheduled
• Neat well-groomed appearance required
• Regular access to email and internet mandatory for scheduling and communication
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time; most shifts are 8 to 10 hours

Bartenders - must be RAMP or TIPS certified
