Banquet Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Banquet Bartender to elevate our guests’ experience during special events and large gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Square.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their event experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly, promoting a safe environment while adhering to alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy events.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a lively atmosphere.
• Previous banquet experience or catering background is highly desirable; experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
