Job Title: Banquet Bartender
Location: Quidnessett Country Club – North Kingstown, RI

Position Overview:
Quidnessett Country Club is seeking experienced and professional Banquet Bartenders to join our events team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service at weddings, private parties, and club events. This position requires flexible schedules including: Nights, Weekends, and Special Events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet and special events
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
• Set up and break down bar stations for events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Follow all club policies and state regulations regarding alcohol service
• Work collaboratively with banquet staff, servers, and event coordinators

Requirements:

• Must be TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) Certified
• Prior bartending experience, preferably in banquet or event settings
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bar service standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Availability:

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
