Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Coordinator who can confidently lead events, manage staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional who can walk into a room, take command, and ensure flawless execution.
The Banquet Coordinator serves as the on-site leader for weddings, social events, and corporate functions. This role bridges event planning and operational execution, translating detailed plans into seamless, memorable experiences for our guests.
You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and maintain calm authority while directing banquet teams and interacting with clients.
