We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and well-organized Banquet Hall Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our Grand Royal banquet hall in Muridke. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth event execution, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall banquet hall operations and daily activities.
- Coordinate and supervise events such as weddings, receptions, mehndi, nikah, and corporate functions.
- Handle customer meetings, bookings, and final event arrangements.
- Manage and supervise banquet staff, décor team, and vendors.
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Oversee inventory, décor setup, and event schedules.
- Coordinate with catering, sound, lighting, and security teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Hall Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and staff efficiently.
- Knowledge of wedding and event management is essential.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Local candidates from Muridke or nearby areas preferred.
