The Sales and Marketing Banquet Manager will be responsible for driving banquet sales and executing marketing strategies to maximize revenue for our Banquet Facility located at 2 Washington St, Foxboro MA. This individual will oversee banquet event planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and successful event execution. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional, comfortable working flexible hours, including some weekends and nights.
Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new banquet clients and retain existing customers.
- Coordinate all aspects of banquet event planning, including menu selection, venue setup, and logistics.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
- Collaborate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Promote Ambrosia through marketing campaigns, social media, and community outreach.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and oversee event execution from start to finish.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
