Banquet Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Banquet Manager will be responsible for driving banquet sales and executing marketing strategies to maximize revenue for our Banquet Facility located at 2 Washington St, Foxboro MA. This individual will oversee banquet event planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and successful event execution. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional, comfortable working flexible hours, including some weekends and nights.

Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new banquet clients and retain existing customers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of banquet event planning, including menu selection, venue setup, and logistics.
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Promote Ambrosia through marketing campaigns, social media, and community outreach.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and oversee event execution from start to finish.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
