Banquet Server (Part-Time / On-Call)

We are seeking experienced Banquet Servers who are passionate about food presentation, guest service, and creating memorable event experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive under pressure, take pride in details, and are coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow within a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional service during banquets, receptions, weddings, and special events
• Set up and break down banquet spaces according to event standards
• Execute food and beverage service with a focus on timing, presentation, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Receive and apply feedback to continuously improve performance

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or restaurant service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
• Strong attention to detail, especially in food display and presentation
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and commitment to hospitality
• Must be TIPS certified (or able to obtain certification prior to start)
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and holidays as needed

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour for the first 60 days
• $19.00 per hour after 60 days, based on continued employment and job performance
