Banquet Server

The Barn at Stoner Commons is currently hiring experienced and reliable banquet servers to join our team. Located within the scenic Overlook Park in Manheim Township, we host a wide variety of events including weddings, private parties, and corporate functions. Unlike many banquet roles that come with sporadic hours, we offer a steady schedule thanks to our full event calendar.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in bartending, serving, or working in events and hospitality. Responsibilities include serving during events, assisting with setup and breakdown, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean and professional event space. We’re looking for candidates who are hardworking, team-oriented, and able to work nights and weekends. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to great service are essential.

We offer competitive pay starting at $15 per hour, with most events offering tip opportunities. You’ll be working in a beautiful and fast-paced environment with a supportive team and opportunities to grow your skills.
