Banquet Server

We are looking for an energetic banquet server to join our growing staff. In this role you will work alongside our current team members to cater banquet events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.

Banquet Server Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with table and banquet room prep before the event
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events
• Deliver food from the kitchen and/or prep area to the banquet room in timely manner
• Serve and refill beverages
• Take customers questions and/or requests, assist in a timely, satisfactory manner
• Assis with post-event cleanup, inventory, food storage, and tear down
• Work as a team member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction
• Maintaining the company's standard for excellence, resulting in overall success of banquet events

Banquet Server Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous banquet server/carter waiter experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
• Punctual
• Must be able to stand/walk for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
