Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during banquets and special events. Your role will involve assisting with food preparation, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and organized banquet area. Responsibilities: - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations - Assist with food preparation, such as plating and garnishing dishes - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure timely delivery of food courses and beverages to tables - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries - Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events - Collaborate with the kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth event operations - Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Previous experience in banquet or catering service preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Familiarity with the hospitality industry and guest relations - Basic understanding of food preparation techniques - Bartending skills are a plus Join our team as a Banquet Server and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
