Summary

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Watermark Bar and Grille. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service during our banquet events, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of food items as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the banquet area before, during, and after events.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
