We are seeking a professional, service-oriented individual to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering attentive, efficient, and high-quality banquet service during events of varying sizes and styles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations.
• Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, meetings, and special events.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators, supervisors, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event space before, during, and after service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
• Clear tables, reset rooms, and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines as applicable.
• Support a positive team environment and contribute to the overall success of each event.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and remain active for extended periods of time.
• Attention to detail and a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus.
