This role supports the success of our banquet operations by delivering exceptional food and beverage service with precision and care.
What You Will Do
- Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setup of tables, chairs, linens, and décor.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for subsequent courses or events.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and storage of equipment.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred; hospitality background is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
