Banquet Server – Weddings & Private Events

Villa Cesare Banquet Hall is hiring Banquet Servers for weddings, private parties, and large celebrations.

We are looking for reliable and professional team members who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments and take pride in delivering excellent guest service.

Most events take place evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve plated meals and beverages during events
• Assist with banquet room setup before events
• Clear tables and maintain organized service areas
• Work closely with banquet captains and service team
• Provide professional and friendly service to guests
• Assist with post-event breakdown and resetting rooms

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
• Weekend availability required
