Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events and functions
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately taking orders and delivering them promptly
• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and guest preferences
• Set up banquet tables, stations, and bars in preparation for events, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized
• Clear tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Assist with food handling, presentation, and basic food preparation tasks when needed
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working as a banquet server or bartender is a strong plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
