Job Title: Banquet Server/Bartender
Pay: $9.98ph, plus service charge
Location: Kissimmee, FL
FLSA Status: Hourly/7i Exempt
Job Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during resort-hosted events such as golf events, weddings, conferences, and banquets.

Ensure optimal guest satisfaction through attentive, courteous, and timely service in accordance to established resort standards.

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating as needed.

Set up banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including tables, place settings, and buffet arrangements, if applicable.

Serve food and beverages professionally and accurately; replenish as needed throughout service.

Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized event space throughout and after functions.

Observe guests to anticipate needs and determine when service is complete.

Participate in the setup and breakdown of meal functions, ensuring proper handling of all equipment and materials.

Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.

Attend pre-function and daily stand-up meetings to ensure event details and product knowledge are clearly understood.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Perform side work and assist with general duties such as stocking, cleaning, folding silverware, and resetting stations.

Follow all company procedures and policies as outlined by Reunion Resort and Golf Club.

Complete any other duties as assigned by management.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum 1 year of banquet server experience is required.

Hospitality background is preferred.

Bartending experience is a requirement of this position.

Must have basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

Must possess food safety handling and alcohol service certifications as required by applicable state or local law.

English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions (reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling) for extended periods.

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
