Banquet Server/Bartender/Set Up

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Prepare and set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
• Mix and serve beverages as a bartender, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Bus tables efficiently during events to maintain cleanliness and ensure a positive guest experience
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, and catering setup to support seamless event execution
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, bar stations, and banquet spaces throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper food service procedures
• Experience with banquet setup, catering, or restaurant operations is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hotel or catering experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of coffee service or bar operations is beneficial but not required
