Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee weddings, corporate and social events.
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure excellent guest service.
- Coordinate with kitchen, décor, and event teams.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and operational standards.
- Handle client requirements and event logistics efficiently.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Hospitality/Event Management.
- 3+ years’ experience in banquet or event operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and event hours.
