We’re Hiring: Gaming Supervisor – Smaaash Entertainment | Mangalore

Location: Smaaash, Mangalore

Position: Gaming Supervisor

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (net take-home, based on interview performance)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotational)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off

Gender: Male candidates only

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

We are now looking for a Gaming Supervisor to lead and manage the gaming operations at our Mangalore center.

Role Overview: Gaming Supervisor

The Gaming Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the gaming zone, ensure guest satisfaction, manage the game host team, and maintain smooth and safe functioning of all gaming equipment.

This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who can deliver an engaging guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage game hosts and on-floor staff.

Ensure all games and VR zones are operational, clean, and safe.

Monitor and maintain the quality of guest interactions and service standards.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and minor complaints effectively.

Ensure game machines are functioning properly; coordinate with the technical team for maintenance.

Manage tokens, game cards, and cash handling as per company policies.

Train new team members on SOPs, guest handling, and safety measures.

Monitor crowd flow and maintain discipline in the gaming area.

Support daily sales, upselling of packages, and promotional activities.

Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years in entertainment centers, amusement parks, or gaming zones (preferred).

Education: Minimum Graduate / Diploma.

Skills:

Good communication and leadership ability (medium English).

Strong customer service and team coordination skills.

Technical understanding of gaming equipment (added advantage).

Problem-solving and people management abilities.

Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
