Position Title: Bar & Grill Attendant

Location: EXPRESS PICKLEBALL

BAR & GRILL ATTENDANT PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Bar & Grill Attendant will assist in the responsibility for a Pub Style concession outlet at our brand new Pickleball facility. The "Match Point" bar and grill caters to both youth and adult pickleball players, as well as catering to private events such as birthday parties, corporate events, and social events. This role will involve computer/POS skill, stocking, cleaning, organizing, some cooking, knowledge on draft/canned beer and wine, daily ordering to a commissary kitchen and working with the public. Bartending skills are a plus.

BAR & GRILL ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking orders, preparing beverages, handling cash, preparing grilled and fried items to order, overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen & dining area along with nightly reports and updating par orders.

BAR & GRILL ATTENDANT PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires computer skills, along with general commercial kitchen skills, and the ability to work 6 to 8 hour shifts. It also requires the ability to work evenings and weekends depending on the business’ needs.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least18 years old and minimum of a HS equivalent
• Beverage handling and entry level cooking experience
• Minimum 6 months in restaurant industry preferred
• POS experience preferred

COMPENSATION:

The Executive offers a highly competitive compensation package for Food & Beverage roles which includes, a base hourly pay, (Negotiable based on experience and skills). Supplemental pay including tips and health club fitness membership valued at $1000+ per year.
