Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, sinks, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Prepare basic food items and garnishes for drinks or snacks as needed, supporting food preparation efforts
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes to ensure a tidy environment for guests
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle cash handling and transactions accurately
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations and assisting with food service logistics
• Ensure compliance with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; nightclub or hotel experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cash handling
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards in the food industry
• Ability to perform basic food preparation and support catering or banquet functions
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a lively setting
• Experience with bussing tables, serving drinks, or working as a barista enhances your candidacy
