Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Bar Experience Lead (Bartender / Experience Curator)to elevate our guests' experience through exceptional service, innovative beverage offerings, and engaging interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Experience in event production, fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued, along with proficiency in POS systems and food safety standards.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Curate unique drink experiences tailored to guest preferences, enhancing overall ambiance.
• Manage POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards in all aspects of beverage preparation and service.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events such as nightclub nights or banquets.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs for replenishment.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of new drink menus or themed experiences to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

Experience

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, particularly within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling beverages and enhancing guest experiences.
• Background in food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
• Prior experience in hospitality roles involving serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry can be beneficial for curating unique beverage experiences.
