Job Description:
Our bartenders do more than just pour drinks; they create an atmosphere! You’ll greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and recommend the perfect cocktail or craft beer. You’ll be responsible for keeping the bar area spotless, stocking inventory, and even running food to lanes when needed. We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable about mixology, safe alcohol service, and who can handle a high-volume crowd without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities
Mixology & Guest Service
- Atmosphere Creator: Greet guests at the bar with high energy, taking orders and providing expert recommendations on cocktails, craft beers, and food pairings.
- Precision Pouring: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, following standard recipes and portion controls.
- Safe Service: Strictly adhere to all local liquor laws, including checking IDs and monitoring guest sobriety.
Operations & Maintenance
- Bar Management: Maintain a spotless bar top, back bar, and seating area. Sanitize surfaces and clear glassware continuously.
- Inventory & Stocking: Refill ice bins, restock garnishes, and handle the changing of kegs and soda BIBs as needed.
- Full-Service Support: Run food to lanes and bar tables, ensuring the bar area remains a \"full-service\" experience for diners.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age (required to prepare and serve alcohol).
- Experience: Proven experience in mixology and knowledge of beer/food pairings.
- Compliance: Knowledge of local liquor laws and a commitment to 100% safe service.
Skills & Mindset
- Social & Charismatic: Ability to build rapport with \"regulars\" and new guests alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to handle high-volume transactions on a POS system without errors.
- High-Volume Pro: Ability to remain calm and efficient during \"rushes\" when the bar is three-deep.
Availability & Requirements (Mandatory)
- Late Nights: Willingness to work until 11 PM (Sun–Thurs) and 1 AM (Fri–Sat).
- Peak Times: Weekend availability is mandatory.
