Bar Grale Bartender and Wine Professional

Bar Grale is seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a strong interest in wine and spirits to join our team. Bar Grale is a wine bar and shop focused on low- and zero-intervention wines, independent producers, and products made with integrity. The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, and excited to engage with a thoughtful beverage program.

This role blends bartending, wine service, and supporting our small wine shop. It’s hands-on, hospitality-driven, and ideal for someone who is curious by nature and excited to learn through both self-initiated study and the education we provide in-house.

In this role, you will:

• Bartend with care, intention, and a focus on guest experience
• Help guests navigate our wine list and make personalized recommendations
• Assist with wine shop sales and guest engagement
• Learn inventory systems, restock wine, and maintain organization behind the bar
• Contribute to the warm, relaxed atmosphere that defines Bar Grale
