Much of our produce and meats are sourced from our own farm just minutes away, creating a well-balanced and inviting dining experience.

Our beverage program includes a carefully curated wine list, a creative and evolving cocktail bar, and a strong foundation in coffee and tea service.

We are currently seeking a Bar Lead to help guide and support our bar program as we move into our busy season.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating structure, consistency, and flow behind the bar. You will work closely with the bar team to ensure strong communication, organization, and execution across all shifts.

This is a leadership role, not just a bartending position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example during service with strong hospitality and efficiency
Help maintain organization across all bar areas including service wells, storage, and inventory spaces
Communicate clearly between shifts to ensure batching, prep, and restocking are completed and set up for success
Take ownership of bar readiness, ensuring smooth, non-chaotic service
Assist with inventory processes including counting, tracking, and identifying gaps or excess
Help receive and put away orders with proper organization and rotation
Proactively communicate product needs and low inventory
Support and guide bartenders in maintaining systems, standards, and cleanliness
Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff education
Collaborate with the team on menu and beverage development

Bartending experience in a high-volume, craft-focused environment

Appreciation for quality food, wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, tea, and overall guest experience

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required, high-volume preferred
Toast POS experience preferred
TIPS Certification required by end of training period
Strong understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service
Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
