Bar Lead - Narwhal's Crafted (St.Charles)

Narwhal's Crafted is looking for an experienced, passionate Bar Lead to join our team at our St. Charles location. If you know your way around a bar (or coffee shop), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating great guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You'll DoYou'll work alongside our General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly — from ensuring every cocktail is crafted with care to coaching and developing your team. You'll set the standard on the floor, hold Nartenders accountable, manage cash handling, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

What We're Looking For

-At least 1 year of bar or restaurant lead experience

-Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and proper bartending techniques

-A natural leader who holds themselves — and others — to a high standard- Cool under pressure and able to multitask without losing your edge

-ServSafe & SMART Certified (or willing to obtain)- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol in Missouri
