Bar Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep knowledge of beverages and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and quality control
• Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and support staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for bar supplies
• Create and update cocktail menus in coordination with the chef or beverage consultant
• Maintain accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Organize promotional events to attract new customers and boost sales
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality diploma or relevant certification (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
