Courtyard Hooligans has been Charlotte’s home for soccer fans and sports fanatics since 2009. Located in the heart of Uptown on Brevard Court, Hooligans is known for packed match days, passionate supporters, Premier League mornings, major tournament watch parties, cold drinks, and one of the best game-day atmospheres in the city.

We’re looking for a hands-on Bar Manager who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to lead from the floor. This is not a behind-the-scenes management role. The right candidate can command a room, support the team, connect with guests, and keep the operation running smoothly during busy nights and major sporting events.

A strong fit for this role takes pride in building team culture, not just running shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Bartending experience required
• Must genuinely enjoy sports and sports culture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable in high-volume environments
• Available nights, weekends, and major game days

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and nightly bar operations
• Lead bartenders and support staff
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain service standards and guest experience
• Help create the kind of atmosphere people come back for

Salary range: $48,000 plush performance bonuses.
