The Food & Beverage Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests . In this role, you will be tasked with provid ing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable guest experiences .
What you will do:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What you bring:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum two years food service or related work.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Full Time
Forty hours over a five-day period; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
Outlet Hours of Operation:
Sun–Thu: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Kitchen closes at 10:30 PM)
Fri–Sat: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Kitchen closes at 11:00 PM)
