Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including garnishing drinks and preparing bar snacks to enhance guest satisfaction
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces in accordance with health standards
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up stations, bussing tables, and ensuring timely service
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
• Handle food safety procedures related to food handling and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy nightclub or hotel events

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or nightclubs is highly preferred
• Familiarity with food preparation, bussing, and catering operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Previous roles involving serving, barista work, or banquet experience demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and restaurant standards is essential
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests efficiently
