Bar Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bar Server to join our team in delivering exceptional service in a lively and upscale environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or the food industry is highly valued. The Bar Server will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. There is NO EXPRIENCE NEEDED, we will teach all the progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
• Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Assist with food preparation or presentation as needed, including light food service or catering support
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking
• Handle cash transactions or process payments accurately
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
